We assign a Project Manger to stay with you from the beginning through completion of your second successful payroll. The timelines and resources will vary based on your individual requirements but the overall process follows these steps:

- Initial Implementation Workshop
- Detailed Plan with Checklists
- Systems Configuration
- Testing of all Rules and Interfaces

- Progressive Rollout to all Users
- Operational and Payroll Support
- Review and Turnover

Our Service Doesn't Stop after Implementation
Once the implementation is complete and the project "closed out", our help desk is there when you need them with expert advice.
