The system allows for paperless leave requests. This function empowers the employee, eliminates paperwork and allows the managers to make more informed decisions. Employees simply enter their requests for time off. Their request generates a message or email to their supervisor who approves or denies the time off based on their staffing requirements and other pending requests and the system automatically notifies the employee (via message or email) of the decision. Approved leave time is then automatically recorded on the employee's timecard.
